Delivery of your Dometic: The typical Silent Cellar weighs several hundred pounds and is shipped from the West coast one of two ways:

“Curbside service”. Delivered to your driveway/garage to be unwrapped of its protecting shipping material by you. If you want it inside (some customers keep it in the garage) that would entail your moving it by dolly into your home or business. If you are a local (20 mile radius) customer we would be happy to do this for you, i.e. to the main floor, assuming easy entry. Finally, there is some very minor assemblage required, (and we mean minor) which again, if you are local we would be happy to provide.

Charge for “drop off only service” is give or take $225 depending on how close you are to the local shipping hub and of course, the fuel price of the week. We will give you a definite quote before you make a purchase, and what service we may be able to provide with our compliments.

“White glove service” (Recommended). The cellar is delivered, unpacked and set up in your home, including one flight of stairs up or down from the main floor. Some very minor assemblage will be left for you to do. ( A few screws)

Charge for this service is at the time of this post give or take $400. If you purchase from us out of state you will be exempt from sales tax which should make up for the difference between “curb side” and “white glove” service.
